Company History

What is now Falls Communications, was originally founded as Franco-Griswold Public Relations – a Cleveland office of a Detroit-based public relations firm to service clients in Ohio and nationally. Rob Falls opened the office in 1989, purchased half the office in 1994, the remaining half in 1996, and changed the name to Robert Falls & Co. Public Relations. In October 2008, the firm announced the name Falls Communications.

A veteran national political consultant and seasoned strategic communications counselor, Rob’s vision was to distinguish his team not only as public relations counselors, but as trusted business advisors – who help clients achieve their growth objectives and overcome challenges – both the expected and unexpected – through innovative and effective communications strategies and tools.

More than 15 years later, it’s clear that Rob has achieved his vision. Falls Communications has emerged as one of the fastest growing public relations and marketing communications agencies in Ohio with an increasing number of clients, many of whom are leaders in their respective industries.
