ROBERT FALLS & CO. ANNOUNCES NEW IDENTITY TO REFLECT EXPANDED CAPABILITIES
Agency moves into larger offices in Cleveland's Terminal Tower
Cleveland, Ohio — Robert Falls & Co. Public Relations has changed its name to Falls Communications — a move that better represents the agency's widening scope of services. The change includes a new logo, corporate colors and Web site: www.fallscommunications.com.
"Different aspects of communications today are much more intertwined than they were even a few years ago," said President and CEO Rob Falls. "Now more than ever, it's essential that areas such as public relations, marketing, Web and new media all be managed within a central strategy and tied to an organization's business plan. This name reflects that approach, and our capabilities and experience support it."
Research has shown that shorter, simpler corporate names increase brand awareness and audience familiarity. And, as the firm expands its reach globally, the term "communications" has shown to carry a greater international understanding.
The announcement was made in the agency's new offices in Cleveland's historic Terminal Tower. The firm now occupies the 24th and 25th floors of newly constructed space intended to accommodate growth and emerging trends in communications.
"This workplace was specifically designed to encourage collaboration among the differing strengths of our people," Rob Falls said. "We provide our clients with a wide variety of resources, and the flow of this environment promotes that approach."
Designed by architectural and design firm Vocon, the space includes various meeting places from casual and small to formal and large. Brainstorming environments were planned to enhance creativity, while other areas are wired with new technologies for efficiency and effectiveness.
