Falls & Co. Announces the Addition of Chante Jones as Associate Vice President, Communications

September 01, 2022

Chanté Jones joins Falls & Co as an Associate Vice President, Communications with a focus on creatively executing and managing integrated communications strategies to counsel clients in content development, public relations, brand awareness, and other services.

A trusted communications professional with nearly 20 years of experience, Chanté combines her passion for storytelling and her technical expertise to advise organizations on how to effectively increase their brand awareness, connect with target audiences, and inspire action. She has led strategic communications, media relations, branding and creative services, digital engagement, and marketing for some of the country’s top corporate entities and nonprofits. Living by her belief that “there’s always a story worth telling, and everyone has a story to tell,” Chanté’s work has contributed to the successes of the American Heart Association, KeyBank, and Progressive Insurance, just to name a few.

Chanté is a graduate of Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and holds a bachelor's degree in communications.

Believing strongly in community engagement and volunteerism, Chanté serves as the Programming Committee Co-Chair of Hudson City Schools' Cultural Proficiency Advisory Committee and as a member of the Parent Advisory Committee for New Teachers. Aside from volunteering and spending time with her husband and two daughters, she loves traveling, theater, cooking, and all things Christmas – even in July.

Fun Facts:

  • Favorite Movie Quote: “You’ve no power here! Be gone, before someone drops a house on you, too!”

  • Unknown Fact: I love the Wizard of Oz! My dad and I can (and do) quote the movie from start to finish.

  • Favorite Color: Green

  • Most Craved Candy: Peppermint Patties, always Peppermint Patties!

  • Beloved CLE moment: Being present and a part of the U.S. debut of the International Children's Games in Cleveland back in 2004, and being at the Cavs NBA championship parade in 2016. In both instances, the energy and sense of Cleveland pride were so strong!
